Download The Boss Baby Full Movie and it is 2017 Hollywood Animation film directed by Tom McGrath. The Boss Baby is an improvement over its predecessor that exceeded my high expectations. I had a problem with the characters in this summer’s other animated film See my review of SECRET LIFE OF PETS but this film’s characters were a strong point, they were handled well though Memo overstayed his welcome a bit.

And the dialogue was entertaining and well delivered. The visuals were excellent as Pixar has led us to expect and the story is refined and poignant at all the right moments. She does use the same structure as the previous movie which is a small criticism but it admittedly used that structure well. The soundtrack is fine but not good enough to be a topic of conversation. I enjoyed the flashbacks and thought they were good. But the film had enough wit to match previous Pixar efforts. It’s not Pixar’s best and definitely not my favorite Pixar film, but it’s worthy of acclaim. The Boss Baby continues the adventures of Marlin sets forth to find her parents and where she’s from.

The only problem is that she has a hard time recalling any memories, names or facts from her childhood. So once again, the beloved Pixar fish must befriend other sea creatures to help them along their journey and to help reunite Dory with her parents. Again demonstrating beautiful animation and the cute humor from the geniuses at Pixar, The Boss Baby isn’t as much as a masterpiece as its original predecessor, but it contains certain themes that young children should learn from. For example, The Boss Baby is appropriately named because while she does go missing and her friends have to find her, it also shows the progression of how our favorite fish finds herself and who she is after fighting with much self-doubt. Sporting one of Ray Romano’s best performances to date – he and Holly Hunter play off of each other almost better than Nanjiani and Kazan. Breaking the mold of the standard “Rom-Com” the cast, under the guiding eye of Michael Showalter (“Wet Hot American Summer”, “Signs”) the movie from start to finish flows beautifully between drama and comedy that the movie becomes the emotional roller coaster it was intended to be while providing a keen perspective into the lives of Gen-y and Millennials issues in dealing with the archaic social “rules” that have no place in modern society.
